Miranda Kerr organic

Australian model Miranda Kerr has launched her own organic skincare line, called Kora for a type of meditation that Tibetan Buddhists practice. Her interest in Tibetan Buddhism stems from a lifetime of doing Yoga and meditation for her body and mind. "Yoga is so important to me. I've been doing it for a long time now and I've taken it to a fairly serous level," Kerr told the Herald Sun. "Through Yoga I became interested in meditation and positive affirmations. My favorite is: I am a vibrant being of love and light. How beautiful is that?"

Miranda, studied psychology, naturopathy, and nutrition at school, and grew up to be passionate about eating organic. "I eat fresh and organic foods wherever and whenever possible." Among these are things like organic green tea, organic peppermint tea, organic gluten-free muesli, organic fruit, organic raw almonds, organic Tamari roasted almonds, organic almond milk, Kombucha goat's milk, Fiji water, and Noni juice. "It's what I put in the inside so I glow on the outside," Kerr says.

Miranda Kerr's fitness routine involves plenty of mix n' match on a Yoga base. "I practice yoga every given chance and have a tough trainer when I want an intense cardio workout. We do everything from boxing to running to light weights. I also make an effort to visit the gym at least once every second day."
